TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prices shown include accommodation in one of the room types, cleaning and fees.

2. Bookings can be made through the website or email (geral@lugaresdecastraleuca.pt).

3. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within less than 7 days of arrival date, the client must refund the full amount of the reservation. Os Lugares de Castraleuca reserves the right to pre-autorize the client‘s Credit Card in the total amount of the reservation 7 days before check-in.

4. Check-in can be made from 2 pm. If you need to check in ahead of time, we can store your luggage

5. Check-out must be made by 12pm on the day of departure. If the apartment is not cleared out by that time you may be charged the cost of one more night.

6. Any complaint about the booking service should be notified to Os Lugares de Castraleuca by email.
